Terms and Conditions

1. VALIDIY: Offer is only valid to registered visitors of CBME China 2014! Application from 1 July to 5 July.
2. PRIZE: *Translator service is for English to Mandarin translation only.

   The free translation service prize is only valid during CBME China event dates and hours (22-24 July 2014). Service time is half day, from 9:00-12:00 in the morning and 13:00-16:00 in the afternoon (the service ends at July 24 am). The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other service.

3. WINNERS: 10 registered visitors application will be selected every day from 1 July to 5 July 2014. Organizer will announce and inform winners via email on 8 July.* *Please make sure to input the correct email address and mobile number for us to easily reach you. Otherwise the entry will be considered invalid.
4. CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTANCE: Winners need to reply our email to confirm acceptance of the prize by 13 July. Otherwise we will consider it as give up.
5. EXTENSION of SERVICE: The free translation service is for three hours only. Any extension of hours/translation service, need to be coursed through frostcoco@langtool.cn. Booking must be made at least 10 days in advance. Cost of extension will be on guest’s account
6. CANCELLATION: If you wish not to avail of the service, please inform us before 13 July.
7. The final arrangement is subject to discretion CBME China organizer. CBME China organizer reserves the right to modify the terms of the promotion.
